These 850 square foot 1 bedroom units, located on the sides of the building, have private balconies set back from the front of the building which overlook the Gulf of Mexico with a northern exposure. These units also have plenty of closet space and 1 & 1/2 baths. As with all of our units there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Except for Unit 104 which has a five night minimum, these units have a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
